iFocus Room™ offers a fully integrated robust online polling system. Our polling system includes multiple choice polls, multi-digit response polls, free response (up to 1000 characters), and continuous moment-to-moment polling. Further, the continuous polling feature shows in a continuous graph display how your audience is reacting on a moment-to-moment basis. We can measure reactions on a moment-to-moment basis on a desired metric such as interest level, believability, convincingness, likelihood to purchase a product, or other metric.
We can manage all aspects of your online focus group or research sessions. Our technician supported focus group sessions include the following services – sending email invites to participants, participant registration, pre-meeting testing of internet connections and firewalls, displaying any meeting materials, trouble shooting any login or technical issues, and operating the polling sessions (posting questions, posting results, and generating reports for your review post meeting).
The virtual “behind the glass” observation room allows you to see streaming video and audio of up to 16 participants. You can see facial reactions of your audience to a live presentation, recorded video or other stimulus.
